STATE OF GEORGIA BRYAN COUNTY NOTICE OF HEARING Notice to the public is hereby given that on Aug 20, 2026, at 9 o'clock A.m., in the Superior Court of Bryan County, at the courthouse in said county, a hearing will be held in the case of the State of Georgia v. Bryan County School District, on the petition to validate general obligation debt of the Bryan County School District in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $200,000,000 authorized by the voters of the Bryan County School District voting in an election held on May 19, 2026 on the question of whether general obligation bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $200,000,000 should be issued for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, and equipping certain capital outlay projects of the Bryan County School District, and should a one percent sales and use tax for educational purposes (the "Educational Sales Tax") be renewed in Bryan County to pay a portion of the principal and interest on such general obligation bonds and fund certain capital outlay projects not paid for with proceeds from such bonds. At said hearing all persons having a right to be heard with respect to said general obligation debt and the validation thereof and all other issues to be presented to the court, may be heard.
